I've tried various things to help my nasal breathing during the night. Different nose strips. Things to put up the nostril. The intake kit is by far the best of all of these. It really helps open up the passageway without any pain or discomfort at all. So I'm really glad I've found this. The only problem is that the refills of the stickers have been sold out recently so I'm needing to search elsewhere for an alternative!

It definitely helps with my sleep quality, I feel a lot more rested in the morning. I’m not sure if it helps with the snoring. The tapes sometimes come off if you are trying to adjust the nose bit.

I have been using the adhesive strips for years and thought I would try these. The sizing takes a little time to nail down but these definitely offer the greatest increase in air intake. I have only tried these for sleeping and not for sport / working out. I sense they may be more beneficial for the latter as they look to be more resistant to sweat / moisture than the standard strips you can buy. I do find the bridge catches slightly on my blue blocking glasses at night. A minor inconvenience which could be nose / glass related. The cost of the replacement pads are 3 to 4 times higher than the adhesive strips. For me they don't represent enough of an improvement to warrant the greater cost (keeping in mind I use these every night so annual cost is £365 vs around £100 for the strips).
