Silver Ruhani Bangle

Nice jewelry, packaging can be better.

ordered the “bundle” (2 Ruhani chokers + 2 Ruhani bangles in silver) during Black Friday. The jewelry itself looks exactly as expected from Instagram and the photos — beautiful design. The only thing to note is that the edges are a bit sharp when opening the pieces, so I have to be careful not to scratch myself. Delivery to the Netherlands took about a month. The shipment was only sent almost two weeks after the order confirmation (possibly due to Black Friday), so considering that, the delivery time was actually reasonable. My biggest disappointment was the packaging. Both chokers were placed together in one case, and the bangles were completely loose in the box without any case or protective wrapping. There was a piece of paper at the bottom of the box, but it didn’t provide any real protection, so the items still moved around during shipping. As a result the bangles arrived slightly scratched and less shiny. Thanks to the hammered design it’s not very noticeable, and they will get scratched with wear anyway, but for the price I expected better care. The included card advising to store the jewelry in the provided packaging and clean it with the included cloth felt a bit ironic given the lack of protective packaging. I hope the brand will take this feedback on board and consider improving the packaging, especially for international shipments.
