The customization process is very easy. I would recommend to expect a waiting period of at least 2 months until your proof’s for your order are being made, then at least 10 days for your order to ship after you approve your proofs. The shipping is really fast once mailed. Only reason I’m giving a 3 star rating is because my order didn’t have everything in it once it was received after waiting a long time for it. However, the missing items were quickly made, shipped and received within 6 days.
