Model-X 2.0 Stand

Specs claim it can support "up to 22lbs" but my 17-inch laptop constantly weighs it down. I worry about overstepping the single bolt so I try to tighten gingerly. Maybe it's my particular unit, not sure. Curious how others with 17inch laptops are reporting support or not. My laptop nearly fell because of this, and given it's my editing/ work laptop, that was nearly cause for an immediate return. I figured I'd try to trouble shoot a few more times and ended up just leaving it low as possible which at that point I might as well just put it back on my desk, lol.
