Great intro to mindful movement

My son doesn’t know Sesame Street and he still loves to do all the poses and pretend to be the “teacher”. It’s made of great quality materials and is such a great introduction to using mindful movement to bring awareness of your body. We use it to help with emotional regulation as well! Love everything about this!
