Raised Bed Irrigation Kit

The mainline hose is incorrect and not as described online. I contacted customer service and they blamed it on the connectors I bought that aren’t Hoss. Their mainline is described as 1/2” int. diameter x 5/8” ext. diameter. It actually measures 5/8” int. diameter and 3/4” ext. diameter. The connectors I bought don’t fit because I bought 1/2” nipple style connectors that are too small for 5/8” int. diameter hose and then I bought 5/8” ext. diameter quick connect connectors which don’t fit because their hose is 3/4” external diameter (bought both style connectors before realizing the Hoss mainline hose is incorrect). They have yet to respond to my last email, after sending them screenshots of their website stating the dimensions they gave. I ended up having to buy new hose from Lowes that has 5/8” ext. diameter donations to use these 5/8” to dual 1/4” quick connect fittings to attach to the 1/4” tubing. Now I’m out another 80+ dollars because of their poor quality control! Thanks Hoss!!
