Wireless Meat Thermometer

The temperature probe worked flawlessly when smoking a brisket. What's stopping me from a five-star review is the app. Unless I'm missing something I can't get it to send an audible notification or an icon on my notification bar on my phone, even though I have notifications turned on. Unless you're looking at the app you have no way of knowing when the meat reaches temperature. The only audible notification is from the case. I would like to mention how wonderful East Oak's customer service is. They really take care of their customers.

I have an Android phone that does not recognize the probe. Although the remote hub has the Bluetooth icon displayed, my phone does not recognize or detect it. I can see the device on my desktop, but it will not connect. After trying the desktop, the app does now show the temps, as does the hub. I will try an Apple phone to see how that works on that OS.

this product is built so well and definitely changes the game on convenience!!! Really nice quality and if that changes going forward I will update !!! Ive used it in my East Oak smoker as well as the oven and absolutely LOVE IT
