Charged twice for customs

Missing pieces in original package While seller dispatched missing pieces without delay , I had to pay an extra 60 euro customs , having already paid 85 for what I thought full consignment. Disappointing!

Poor quality

The coffin looks and feels flimsy. The wood is very very thin and unfinished / no varnish. The headstones were missing. The flowers quite sharp at the end

I can’t comment as I haven’t received items yet

I ordered other items which I received and I am pleased with them but I am still waiting on the grief miniatures
