Good, light but narrow sole
Great shoe, super light and great foam ( soft but responsive ). But back of the shoe sole for my taste too narrow ( unstable in downhill o technical trails ) and you don’t feel the plate. Compared to other plated trail shoes very high flex under the forefoot (ie not a lot of bounce coming from the plate )
