Off Script

Orange Spoon Coffee's Off Script has quickly become my everyday go-to coffee. As a rotating monthly profile, each release offers something a little different, and the emphasis on seasonal balance and depth makes every bag feel unique. Brewed using a filter coffee machine, it produced a clean, smooth cup with a medium body and a beautifully balanced flavor profile. The 100% Arabica beans deliver a natural sweetness and a pleasant brightness, with enough complexity to keep each cup interesting without becoming overpowering. The acidity is well controlled, resulting in a cup that's exceptionally easy to drink. What I appreciate most is how well-rounded the coffee is. Rather than chasing bold or dominant flavor notes, it focuses on harmony, making it a coffee you can enjoy throughout the day without palate fatigue. It's approachable, consistent, and exactly what I look for in an everyday specialty coffee. Orange Spoon has done an excellent job with Off Script, and I'm already looking forward to seeing how next month's seasonal profile compares.
