Now every time I make steak, I put this on the side. Also korean style- I dip raw veggies in this esp cut garlic scapes.

Addictively delicious
It's hard to go back to other pepper-based sauces in my fridge now that I have this, it's the perfect dollop for almost any rice or grain-based meal. I bought 4 more after getting my 1st jar.

Try as a soup base!
It might sound funny, but I really like this for fixing up a quick soup: mix with hot water and scoop in a some silken tofu, and done!
