Only dislike was the bathroom is in the back so if you dont use it before your time is over its kinda hard to get back to the back tk use the restroom

My kids love this place. we come for birthdays but I do feel like its overpriced.

I would not return or recommend this experience. It was overpriced and felt like a money grab, with both adults and children required to buy tickets even though there’s little for adults to do. Entry to the NY 5th Ave Camp store was disorganized. There was no coat check and no clear check-in instructions, so we had to carry everything with us. Inside, there wasn’t much to do beyond two slides. The rooms were colorful but poorly ventilated. It became crowded and warm quickly, and it felt like too many families were let in at once. Some chairs were visibly dirty, which made me question how often the space is cleaned. No one told us the photo with Bluey at the end was free, though a staff member kindly took one on my phone. The slime add-on required tickets for adults and children and felt like another upsell. The space was small with limited seating. The staff was great, but the pricing makes this unrealistic for the average family. I would not recommend it.
