Color in photo DOES NOT match
The product is nice and sturdy. However the actual color is beige and not light gray or cool-toned as the multiple photos online suggest. This was extremely dissapointing to me and although Modlofts customer service agent was very kind, the best they could do was offer an exchange or return, but I would have to pay for return shipping and a 20% restocking fee. Considering the price of the frame as well as the delivery fee and tip that I payed the assemblers, I was unable to go forward with the return. Very dissapointing.

LOVE THIS BED
We went from a queen to a king and I loved our bed frame. This one came the closest to our old frames' specs. It was exactly as described. I was unsure of color online so I reached out to Modloft and they sent me photos from their showroom to help. The white glove set up service was topnotch. I had to wait a couple months for it to return to stock but that was OK with us we were not in a hurry and custom furniture usually does have a lead time. We love this bed it is unique, great quality and really attractive.
