Lovely purse, but. . .

Bought this for my wife. She absolutely loves the style, quality, and color. Being a neophyte purse buyer, however, I incorrectly assumed from the picture that the strap was more adjustable than it actually is. It only gets smaller, not larger. She wears hers cross-body, so it doesn't look like she's going to get much use from it.
