I haven't had these for a long time. I had tried ordering them again but they weren't on the list. I thought they had discontinued it. This is a rear delicacy for me. My first thought when trying this meat was... "this taste like a hybrid of beef and pork... yummy!"

Very interesting flavor. Gamey, yes, but in a good way. Different from the other pork flavors I've tried. Not too fatty, not very greasy, but good flavor. Would def try again!
