Comics are great customer service not so much
The comics I received are great they do a great job packing them and they come in great condition. The time it takes to get shipped out is a little long but not the end of the world. The customer service with this company is my problem. You can never get in contact with them I have sent several emails to this company in regards to past orders and 2 of my current orders and they never respond and they have no other way to contact them. As great as their site is once I receive the 2 orders I am waiting on I am going to order from another company because if I do have a problem with my order I feel it is important to be able to get in contact with the company and get a response from them.
