I have purchased once the hair butter and the hair oil. Because it works so well I wanted to try the line. My household has plenty of hair so the first order went well. This order I just received today. The package was poorly done. Two bundles and a bubble wrap bag not very secure so both of my leave in conditioner tops busted the rice water the caps were off that sprayed out a little in both and one of the bottles the hair oil spilled, and some of my shampoo spilled out into the damaged package. It has written right on the package damaged and handling, and it was taped up. So I’m disappointed.

Received my order 3 months after placing it however, the wait was worth it. My hair feels well hydrated and silky smooth! Great product thus far, the true test will be if it helps with growth retention.

My package arrived with the top of the rice water damaged and leaking, the Hair butter was melted ans still remains liquid. I have ordered these products for a while and this is the first time that I am disappointed. It als seems like the formula has changed.
