Zuoya GMK81 Keyboard - Barebones

The keyboard is fantastic but the service need to be improved

The sale person need to focus on servicing the customer and not walk away and get someone else to serve the customer.

Customer Service

The service staff was not really knowledgeable when asked about the product (e.g what’s the difference between keyboard A & B). Customers go down to the physical store rather than purchase online for the experience but wasn’t really pleasant.

Love the material and configuration!
