Terrible customer service

We did end up receiving our package after 1 month. However during the month we dm’d on instagram and emailed through the contact they had just to barely get a reply and kept saying they would ship it but never did. They had texted asap as soon as I originally texted then didn’t respond after I gave my information. They had gave a story update saying packages would be sent out June 24th and we still haven’t received it a week later along with no tracking update. They had blamed Canada Post due to the strike (I had received a package from Canada Post from another Company a week laterso that’s just bs) and said it was lost after I had contacted them again after no response from before hand. They ended up sending the package July 5th through UPS and had given us an extra shirt for the inconvenience yet gave us the wrong sticker. we originally wanted the mini banner sticker but received a mini Syndicate banner that they don’t even sell which is weird.

the stucker was super easy to put on my crash helmet visor and makes it look very smart, another banner was included for free so i installed that on my motorbike to match, everything turned up on time ! 👍

Best hoodie I own now and I own a lot. The hood is amazing and the material is perfect. Better than advertised.
