Navy Solid Close-Up Dress

I ordered this dress in a size medium and it is way too big. I sent an email and they refuse to let me send it back or give me credit and buy a small. Please don’t buy from this shop. They don’t let you do returns. They wouldn’t provide the ship back to address and they held me off until the seven days and now I can’t return it over $40.

It does not fit i have reached out to return still no answer. Dont but from this company!

This vendor used a different boutique’s photos and video and sent a knock off dress. Cheaply made and not what I ordered.
