I've been using the Anthros chair for a while now and it's been a solid buy. Assembly was quick and painless — everything went together without any fuss or hunting for tools. Comfort is where it really shines; I can sit for long stretches without the usual aches and shifting around. Well-built, comfortable, and easy to live with. Would recommend.

Love my Anthros. From Day 1, I was able to feel the differences in back and shoulder strain that my new chair enabled. And, the iliac support works so much better than the lumbar support chairs that arthritic spine sufferers are usually pointed to for their lower back situation. My advice is to take the plunge if you are on the fence about making a purchase. Anthros is well worth the cost because the benefit the chair provides a quick and meaningful return on your initial investment. From a 15 year suffer of an arthritic spine who has tried X-Chair and Herman Miller.

I am going on my 2nd week- from the Embody chair to Anthros. Biggest change for me is that my butt is +10 on comfort while the embody would give me a pinching feeling eventually on my hamstrings no matter how I’d adjust it. My lower back is definitely feeling better too and my shoulders feel great cause I can’t hunch.
