A lifting edge is quickly becoming the essential training tool in every climbers’ pack. Whether you’re warming up at the crag, or training finger strength at the gym, a lifting edge (a.k.a. lifting block, portable hangboard, no hang device, block pull) is an increasingly popular alternative to traditional hangboarding.

Bought together with Lattice's lifting pin. Super comfortable edges, no finicky messing around about with cordage like you get with some other grip tool designs. Can recommend.

For me it’s now my favorite portable hangboard! I’ve used so many in the past from Digit, MetacarpEdge and Grippul to name a few and this one is way more confortable for the main grips.
The mono pocket works well for my middle finger but not for the other fingers.
