I just loved all the flavors I ordered.

Snacks all dried out and hard

We have been purchasing your granola from Fresh Thyme for several months. The packages have always been fresh and moist, easy to eat. The order that I received shipped to my house are all stuck together in almost a solid piece of granola that is hard as a rock and almost inedible. I sent a message to you approximately a week ago explaining what was wrong and as of tonight have not had anyone respond. I don’t know exactly what has happened to this order but so far every package has been in the same condition. I would happily provide pictures if you would like.

Did not get full order!

Order was missing two bags. Emailed Carl and have not received a response. Poor customer service!!
