ordered this rug on 5/12, and at the time of purchase it showed as in stock. After placing my order, I emailed to ask when it would ship and was told it would go out the following Monday. When I hadn’t received any updates, I reached out again about a week and a half later and was then informed that the packaging had been ripped and they were sending me a new one. Ultimately, I didn’t receive the rug until 6/17, more than a month after ordering. The rug itself is beautiful and exactly what I was hoping for, but the communication throughout the process could have been much better. More proactive updates regarding the delay would have made for a much better customer experience.

Absolutely Beautiful Rug!

I recently purchased the green and beige Lori Oushak rug for my living room, and I absolutely love it! The colors are soft, beautiful, and brighten up the entire room. The rug feels incredibly soft underfoot and is excellent quality. I also love the thickness—it feels substantial without being bulky. It has truly become an accent piece in my living room and ties everything together perfectly. I’m so happy with my purchase and would highly recommend it!
