Ozzi took the edge off so I was able to more easily skip the snacks I shouldn’t be eating & Increased my water intake. Love the Peach Elderberry flavor. There is a bad smell when putting the powder into water, but it goes away as soon as it combines with the water.

I have always been a night snacker and this is cutting it down to me just having a sip of my smoothie. No multiple hand fulls of granola anymore

Not really a fan of this product. I Don’t see what all the hype is about. It did nothing to suppress my need to stop my cravings. As a matter of fact it made my stomach feel weird. This is Not for me. It might help others but not me.
