I'm not sure I'm using this gel primer properly, but it did seem to do the trick to make the pigment stick to my lid! I'll keep using it!

Great primer
I didn't think it would like this as much as I do, but it really helps keep my eyeshadow in place and helps the pigment pop a little more.
