The most impressive part of owning this great backpack is the customer service they offer. I initially ordered the Weekender to take on a trips. After receiving it and flying with it, I realized it didn’t fit under the seat as a personal item. I really had no purpose for it without the travel use. I reached out to customer service and they explained that they didn’t accept returns on used merchandise. I explained what my purpose was and that it looked brand new. They offered an exchange. I never expected them to allow me to return it. They were accommodating and made every effort to make me a very happy customer. Great company!! Turns out the backpack is easier to use and has enough space for me as a personal item with the addition of my carry on luggage!
