Raspberry Vanilla Bar Soap

A Little Disappointed

I was a dedicated Good Soap user for years until they discontinued their line at Whole Foods, so I went in search of a Replacement soap and found Rusted Acres. I’ve placed two (2) $60 orders, each order had the raspberry vanilla soap. I loved it the first time so I ordered more. The first order was just As pictured on the website with the swirled orangish/pink and lavender, great lather and great smell. The second order I ordered the same raspberries vanilla bar but they were brownish/tan with little seeds. I compared the smell to the little raspberries vanilla I had left and it didn’t smell the same as the first order and the first order didn’t have seeds and it was obviously a different color. I contacted the company with my concerns they insisted it was the same soap (who knows maybe I had a different nose from the first order). She suggested that they could replace the bars with the “next batch made which should look like the first bars”. I said that would be fine. That was on July 10. Since then I sent a message to follow up on the status but never received a response. Needless to say…this is very disappointing to me. The bright side is Good Soap has returned with all their scents back to Whole Foods.
