Our Basil is the finest Irish Basil and comes from Virginia, Co. Cavan and McCormack’s herbs in Co. Meath. Our pesto is nutfree, dairy free and glutenfree and is very versatile. It is amazing to use in pasta or as a marinade on fish or chicken - for a Sunday treat, why not try it on roast potatoes with a little sweet chilli sauce.
