Does aging enhance the flavor?
Weirdly enough, we got a box from a local merchant in Texas. They were firmer in texture, but more importantly the flavor just blew our socks off. The factory direct, "fresh" flavors were not as pronounced. They were still good, but we prefer the less subtle sweetness. We may just put them away to dry age and see from there.

Perfect combos!
The classic quartet is a perfect gift! We always give these caramels to teachers at the end of school and its a perfect combo.
