Pod Water Filter Unit

I wanted to say a big thank you to The Pod team! Overall, I’m extremely happy with my purchase. The quality of the product is excellent, the website was easy to use, shipping was fast, and every time I had a question, your support team replied quickly with detailed, thoughtful answers. It never felt like I was talking to a bot—it felt like a real person genuinely trying to help, and I really appreciated that. I actually chose The Pod after reading many positive reviews and watching YouTube videos. Your online presence and marketing definitely helped me make my decision, and I’m glad I did. Thank you as well for the extra gifts, especially the cooling shower . They’re a really nice touch and something people can easily share with friends, which is great for spreading the word about your brand. I do have a few suggestions that might make an already great product even better: * It would be amazing if you could offer direct shipping to Israel (and other countries). I had to use ForwardMe, and the shipping ended up costing even more than the product itself. * Unfortunately, when my package arrived, about half of the Water Stabilizer had leaked out during transit. Better sealing or a stronger bottle, along with some additional protective packing, would probably prevent this for international shipments. * The lid could use a slightly clearer explanation or video. I wasn’t completely sure if it locks into place or simply rests on top. * It would also be fantastic if the filtration pump could support both 110V and 220V (or have a simple voltage switch). I know this isn’t essential, but it would make life much easier for customers in Europe, Israel, and many other countries. Other than those small suggestions, I honestly have nothing negative to say. The product is fantastic, the customer service is outstanding, and I would absolutely recommend The Pod to anyone looking for a cold plunge. Finally, I really hope I win the chiller you’re giving away! 😄 Living in a hot country like Israel, it would make my cold plunge setup absolutely perfect. Thank you again for building such a great product and for taking such good care of your customers!

I am reviewing the filter unit itself. I ended up giving it four stars because some of the parts on the unit started coming loose after a bit of use. Specifically, the hosing detached from the actual unit, which was frustrating. However, I contacted their customer service, and they were absolutely amazing. They handled the situation quickly and sent over a brand-new replacement unit without any hassle. Great product support!

The unit has worked great. I work in a front end loader 12 hours a day and play baseball as a catcher 3 games a week. As a 64 year old this is just what I needed!
