Vegetable Stew with Beef

The vegetable beef stew is delicious. The beef itself is very tender, and it comes from the short rib. The vegetables are just like a frozen mixed vegetable, and you can extend this entrée by adding in a half cup of frozen mixed vegetables the gravy it does taste like homemade gravy. It’s really delicious and there’s many ways you can extend it. You can add beef broth to it and make it into a soup delicious.
