Beautiful, great quality!

My daughter absolutely loves her new bag. She actually said "FINALLY! I get a cool backpack!" we had been buying from PB and this bag is so sturdy, very easy to clean and big enough to hold all her school stuff and her ballet clothes/gymnastics clothes on those days. We love it!

Wrong item sent poor customer service. Need to exchange and was never sent the info needed. Just was told to await an email that never arrived. For a $150 backpack this is a huge let down so far, we've already had 4 other families/classmates choose not to purchase based on our negative experience, hopefully they can provide more than 8 hoirs of customer service a week.
