Collapsing Clouds, from the new Out Of This World Collection by Cadillacquer, is a blue (cold) to white/colorless (warm) thermal nail polish, with pink/orange/yellow iridescent flakies and silver reflective glitter.

Beautiful and Reactive
This thermal is a bit thicker than other thermals I have from Cadillacquer. However, it's still reactive, and easy to apply. The reflective glitter flashes in either cold or warm state, but the polish looks beautifully opalescent in its "warm" state. I've distracted people with this polish and I've received many compliments on it.
Cadillacquer is just soo good! I'm thankful for NailStuff, allowing us to get these gorgeous polishes in Canada!
