False advertising!

It doesn’t fit my lock this is false advertising I even PAID EXTRA TO GET MORE ADAPTERS THAT DO NOT FIT ABSURD

I had the previous lock version that was simply stuck on my door with double sided tape for several years and upgraded to lock pro. I love that it's much more secure and stable as the old lock which began to fall off. The adhesive option is a great option for anyone who cannot permanently install but having this new lock permanently installed is great. It's much sleeker looking and I love that you only have to push the thumb turn to lock or unlock it. It was easily installed - EXCEPT for the incredibly tiny hex screws on the side - those are horrible and should be reevaluated. It's very difficult to get the tiny screws in right up against the door right at the intersection of where the lock meets the door at a 90 degree angle. But all other aspects were simple. Very clear instructions. I love all the features to lock/unlock it including Alexa, geo fencing, and it's compatible with my existing keypad touch! It seamlessly connected and worked very easily after installation.

Superior to the original in every way! Stronger motor, quieter. Premium feel.

We have original the SwitchBot Smart Lock which worked great with our Jimmy Proof Segal type Lock. (Switchbot is the only company offering a solution for Jimmy Proof Locks). The new improved Lock Pro is superior in almost every aspect compared to the original. Everything feels much more solid and premium. The motor is more powerful and quieter than the original. It also locks faster. Very nice. Installation is similar to the original. (Switchbot does *not* include the adjustment plate for use with Jimmy Proof locks with the Lock Pro. They will send it to you for free but you have to pay shipping. This involves contacting customer service via chat). I didn’t use the adhesive mount. The new adjustment plate’s two screw holes are in a different location than the original plate. You can either drill new holes in your door or drill two holes on the adjustment plate to match. The accessory kit includes a 3D printed adaptor that fits over the turn knob on our lock. In our use case, the adjustment plate was still a bit too short so one needs to use the spacer. Besides the slightly more involved installation.. I love the new Lock Pro.
