Exactly what I wanted

There is not a pocket that a cell phone will fit into. I have tried everything to reach someone to return the backpack and have been unable to have any success. I received a Jen & Co backpack 5 years ago and have loved it. I had one of the zippers replaced and finally decided to buy another, but have met nothing but disappointed
