Pretty ring except its the wrong size. I’ve reached put by email as theor policy states THREE TIMES, and no response. Terrible customer service.

I love the look of the ring. I just wish I’d ordered a size up. But I emailed this request and Emily responded with the way to get the correct size ring, so I have done so. Outside of it being just a tad small, the ring exceeded my expectations. You do truly marvelous work. I HIGHLY recommend you to anyone looking for a high quality beautiful ring.
