Great cooler, but an issue with the lid hinge

I’m generally very happy with the cooler. It looks great, performs well, and has attracted a good amount of attention whenever I use it. My only issue is that the lid keeps popping off the hinge during normal use. Is there a known fix or adjustment for this? I’d love to get that resolved, as otherwise I’ve been very pleased with the cooler.

Great cooler. Things are cold for a very long time. Only thing that makes me nervous is the lid I got when I first ordered the cooler came apart pretty quickly. Yall replaced it for me and I appreciate it. I just don’t want it to happen again and then have to buy a lid my self.

great upgrade to the cooler, the new lid can hold itself from either side now i have a two-tone color, original cooler base and new color lid
