Total Flex Performance Pack

I needed to work my legs more after recovery from an accident. It was tough to try to do that while standing and using the bands. Now that I have the leg extensions, I feel more stability while really working my legs. Thank you for such a great product

I really liked what i could figure out. I am at a loss with the leg portion because the parts came with no instructions, a link to instructions, or photos.

I can't really write this I purchased it and received it but there were no instructions in the Box to add it to the Total Flex L workout bench. I've tried to get help with this and failed so I may be returning it. Help!
