It’s been refreshing to feel as though I’m connected to other loss mamas. When I’m reading, I so often underline things and say “YES!” because the book puts into words what I’m unable to find the words for. This has been helpful for me to use to explain to my husband and friends what is going on in my mind/body. Reading the book feels like someone gave me a warm blanket, wrapped it around me, and said “I’ll sit with you as long as you need me to.” I wish the book would never end.
