Lighthouse Blend

These beans are listed as medium roast. IMHO these are a dark roast. Had I known that I would not of ordered them. But, since I paid for them let's pull a shot and see how I like them, or not. So I pulled a shot and Hey, I love it! The reason for this is I do 20g in and 50g out. The bold, vibrant flavors of these beans and my long pulls works a whole bunch better than I had um "assumed" cough cough!! I'm very happy with this accident! I'll be buying more!
