Was really looking forward to a beauty chef product I could have with warm milk in the evening that would deliver benefits to my body and well being and Carla listened & delivered . Maybe a soup mix next Carla :)) It mixes with your milk of choice easy enough ( I use soy or almond ). I pop it in the microwave for about 60 seconds and then give it a really good stir up . Make sure you really get all the powder mixed through as it can be quite strong flavored towards the end of the drink if you haven’t stirred it up good & proper. Tastes lovely , very soothing and definitely calms you right down for bedtime.
