Replacement Fan Kit

The fan works well and the install video was helpful. However, it is confusing that in the video there is a pair of wires leading to a plug that connects to the wiring harness that passes through the wall of the toilet. In my kit, there was a second jumper cable. If you install without that jumper as the video would suggest, the fan doesn't work. If you use the jumper, it works. However, in that case, there is insufficient heat shrink tubing to cover both electrical connections. I ended up substituting longer tubing and filling the ends with silicone to protect the electrical leads from corrosion. It would be helpful to have instructions that make it clear that the jumper is needed and supplying extra heat shrink for the second joint. An update or note on the video would be good, too.

Easy to replace.

Pretty straightforward. However the outlet for the fan I replaced was too big for the existing home so I had to slightly enlarge it. Also, some instructions for the pieces i had to replace would be nice. Nice that the parts came with h accessory parts as well.
