Second purchase of same kettle

This jug kettle is brilliant, we only replaced the identical kettle as my husband put the kettle on to boil with no water in, hence ruined it! However, we were so impressed with the first one decided to get the same again. Love the style, colour & everything about the Dualit range so why change. First class product. The toasters are the best too.

Lovely kettle, but

I have used Dualit for years and the same style of kettle. However the noise of this kettle makes my ears ring as it's so loud and sets off my tinnitus. I have to go out of the kitchen whilst it boils. What has to be said is it boils quick
