The Best Filter

I recently upgraded to the Pure XP filter from the regular Pure filter for my dispenser. I love that it's not only compatible with my dispenser, but I only have to replace the filter and not the case. What a great upgrade!

Excellent Filter

Running the filter under water until the air bubbles stop is something I found impossible, and I'm sure I did it for at least 2 minutes. Also had issues putting the pitcher back together, but a quick email (and quick response) resolved my issue. That said, I really like these filters and how they clean up my drinking water. I also like that they can be recycled.

Great water filtration

I use an Epic Water Pitcher and have several Epic water bottles that I take everywhere with me because I want the water I drink to be as healthy as possible. I also really like the recycling program Epic offers for used filters. By returning my old filters to Epic they are recycled, I receive one new filter in return which more than covers the cost of mailing.
