MagTech PowerPack™

Really like your products. They are well-made, very functional, and quite attractive. My only complaint is how long it takes for orders to arrive. This is my 2nd order and I actually forgot that I ordered it because it took so long. If you could solve this issue I think you would have even more happy customers.

Had to report an issue in relation to this product. Used it three times and it got extremely hot!! Especially the small metal connector on top of the powerpack. I have reported the issue to Titan and am waiting to hear back from their technical team.
