Thorough plan!
I’m using the L2 Maintenance Plan to keep me engaged and working toward my target 5K time, and so far, I love it! The plan is easy to understand and follow, and I appreciate having the four week blocks to fit in between race training.

Easy to understand
I’m only in my second week of this maintenance plan. It has been very easy to use and understand. I find the pacing charts especially useful, and enjoying a bit of speed work as well. Looking forward to the next 10 weeks, then it’s half marathon training time. Yeah!!

Maintenance plan
I really like the maintenance plan. It keeps me functional and keeps me motivated for the next opportunity to sign up for another race.
