I had a great experience start to finish with getting my breastmilk freeze dried to last longer and make more room back in our freezer. I will say they should tell you to warm the water first when mixing as i found that way easier for it to dissolve completely and not leave behind residue. Room temp water always left a lot behind. Otherwise we love the convenience of have our milk so portable.

Pretty sure mine was an isolated incident but the shipment back to me was crazy because they made two labels, canceled one but then it took a week and they made a third label. customer service was really helpful in handling my questions

The product and process was very easy to navigate. I shipped 2000+ from North central Iowa and had no problems. The one thing I would say could use improvement is the communication to the customer as to where your breastmilk is at in the process and rough estimate of freeze dry/ship date. Other companies I’ve worked with had a code that I got in my email and a link so that I could, at any point, go to the link, type in my code, and see where my breastmilk was in their process. I did call Milk By Mom a few times to ask these questions and they were wonderful about answering my questions. I just hate to bother people and would have liked to check more frequently/randomly.
