Very easy to mix in water bottle compared to using a plastic scooper . The cost compared to the other is the negative for the packets.

The Cardiomiracle Sticks are are very convenient to use on a daily basis. At home or going to meetings or traveling. It insures that I get at least two servings per day and I love ❤️ my CardioMiracle. I will never stop consuming my daily use of CardioMiracle.
