Good for Mucles

Honestly the 1st time I tried this I was meh. But somehow it really grew on me and it is my go to when I have worked body harder than normal (which is often) and need a soothing earthy balm to my muscles.

My favorite after a hard workout. Great for reducing muscle soreness and very tasty. Good both hot and iced.
